Duties as follows:

To manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to post completion matters
To liaise with clients and third parties including solicitors and estate agents
To manage Lease Extensions, Deeds of Variation and Land Registry processes
Accurate completion of SDLT returns as well as TR1 and TP1's
To provide clients with regular updates on their respective property transactions.
To send out invoices.
To open, close and archive client files as required
